JKB40/40 vacuum brick extruder is upgraded medium-output double-stage extrusion equipment, positioned between compact JKR30/30 small brick machine and JKB45/45 large extruder, tailor-designed for medium-size new brick plants and old brick factory renovation across global developing markets. Adopting mature dual-layer deaeration extrusion technology, it completes raw material mixing, crushing, vacuum deairing and mud strip forming in one unit, producing dense solid bricks, perforated bricks and big hollow bricks steadily.
Wide Raw Material & Finished Brick Application
This extruder fits diversified low-cost local raw materials: natural clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, mine tailings, cinder, bentonite mud, no strict requirement on raw soil composition.
